Dale Farm operates one of the biggest cheddar manufacturing sites in the UK. All our cheddar is produced with British Red Tractor milk and has full BRC Grade A and Halal accreditation.

We specialise in cheddar of all ages from curd/young cheese for the fast food/ready meal industry right through the maturation process to aged cheese giving a fuller flavour. We can pack in bulk format of 20kg to as small as 200g as well as sliced and grated formats.
