• 50 grams porridge oats
  • 350 ml Dale Farm Protein Milk
  • 15 grams Dromona Spreadeasy Butter
  • 30 ml water
  • 1 apple
  • ½ teaspoon Cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ tablespoon Cinnamon
  • Optional: Seasonal berries, Dale Farm Natural Pots of Goodness, Honey

1. Chop up apple.
2. Put the oats in a saucepan, pour in the Dale Farm protein milk. Simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time and watching carefully so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
3. In a large frying pan, melt Dromona butter over medium heat and add apples. Cook, stirring constantly, until apples are golden.
4. Dissolve corn flour in water; add to pan. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. To serve, pour oats into bowls, add stewed apple, top with yogurt and drizzle with honey, extra oats, raspberries and pomegranate.
