  • 1/3 pot Dale Farm Natural Pot of Goodness Yogurt
  • 1 large orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 Banana
  • 6 large strawberries
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 200 ml Dale Farm Protein Milk
  • A Handful of ice

Method

1. Chop all the fruit ingredients.
2. Add fruit & spinach to blender.
3. Add Dale Farm Pots of Goodness yogurt.
4. Add ice.
5. Add Dale Farm Protein Milk.
6. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
7. Pour into glasses and serve.
