1. Butter two slices of bread and press down on the centre of the bread slices with a spoon to form a pocket.
2. Crack an egg into the pocket of each slice of bread. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Sprinkle Dromona grated cheese on top of and around the egg.
4. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
5. Serve with crispy bacon, avocado, roasted tomatoes and side salad
