Method

1. In a bowl or jar, mix the oats, almond milk and Rowan Glen Low Fat Bio Natural Yogurt together
2. Add the cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg and stir until everything is mixed well
3. Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight
4. Serve overnight oats with fresh fruits, nuts, coconut or dried fruit if desired
