• 75 g Linguine pasta
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 Spring Onion trimmed, washed and finely sliced
  • 50 g Smoked Salmon or Smoked Trout chopped
  • 4-5 tbsp Dale Farm Whipping Cream
  • Pinch of Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper

1. Cook the pasta in a pan of lightly salted boiling water according to the packet instructions and drain. Meanwhile, heat the oil or fry the spring onion until softened.
2. Stir in the chopped salmon and whipping cream and heat until beginning to bubble. Bring the mixture to the boil and simmer for a minute or two, stirring frequently.
3. Stir the cooked pasta into the sauce, season with pepper and serve with the lime wedge on a fork for squeezing before eating.
