Method

1. Preheat oven to 180C. Grease / line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a bowl, mix together oats, bread soda and salt.
3. Whisk the eggs.
4. Add the eggs and Dale Farm Big Pot of Goodness Greek Style yogurt to the oats mixture and stir until well combined and no dry oats are left.
5. Pour your mix into the loaf tin.
6. Put in the oven for 65 mins (at about 45mins, sprinkle some porridge oats and the seeds on top).
7. Take it out and carefully remove from loaf tin, set aside and allow to cool.
