1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a fondue pot or small saucepan.
2. Add the cream, orange rind and juice, and heat very gently, stirring frequently, until the chocolate has melted and warmed through, and the texture is smooth and creamy.
3. Either serve straight from the fondue into a heat proof bowl and serve with assorted ‘dippers’.
